The Computer Literacy Virtual Class is a blessing in disguise. The class has taken away the anxiety of trying to navigate through and understand the computer world again. The classes not only teach you the Microsoft programs (Word, Power Point, Edge, Excel) that I am desperately in need of, but also explains so many different aspects of the computer system such as the hardware/software, keyboard shortcuts, protection programs, how to recognize bad emails (basically the nuts and bolts).
I am thankful that it is virtual and also for the very thorough, patient and pleasant instructor Dave who sends us a recap of every one of the classes that are taught. He is willing to help with any computer questions/problems that may arise that does not even pertain to the class. Not realizing when I signed up for this class that it was going to be for a year, I do look forward to the experience. Thanks Waite for offering this much needed very informative free class for seniors.
